Returns & Refunds
FTC does not use a blanket “no returns” policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Items bought through eBay
FTC's current online stock is primarily linked through to eBay. The item page, checkout, payment, delivery and return process for those purchases takes place on eBay. Please use the return information shown on the relevant eBay listing and your eBay order.
Consumer rights
Where FTC sells to a consumer as a business, statutory rights under UK consumer law apply. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where that requirement applies. Nothing on this website removes those rights.
Online and distance sales
Where a qualifying consumer purchase is made at a distance directly from FTC, cancellation rights may apply, including a 14-day cancellation period in many situations. Some goods and circumstances are exempt. Any applicable return instructions will be supplied with the transaction.
Faulty or misdescribed items
If you believe an FTC item is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, contact us promptly at enquiries@fliptradingco.co.uk with the order details and, where useful, photographs.
Private sellers and future marketplace listings
If FTC later displays items listed by independent private sellers, the seller identity and applicable terms will need to be made clear. This page does not turn FTC into the seller of another person's item merely because it is advertised on an FTC page.
